Delivery & Returns

We offer free delivery nationwide across the UK and Ireland. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive within 2–5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We offer a 14-day return policy. You may return any unused and unopened product within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the item price.

Products that have been opened, used, mixed, or custom-tinted cannot be returned unless faulty.

To start a return, contact us directly with:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return arrives back with us and has been inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 to 7 working days to appear in your account after the goods are returned to us.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email returns@drenchpaints.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
