Drench Paints ("Drench", "we", "us", "our") is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through drenchpaints.com (the "Site"). You can contact us at hello@drenchpaints.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Order & account data: name, billing/shipping address, email, phone, order history. Processed by Shopify on our behalf to fulfil orders.
  • Payment data: handled directly by Shopify Payments and other payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Site usage: pages visited, referrer, approximate location, device, and UTM parameters (only with your consent for non-essential analytics).
  • Communications: messages you send us by email or contact form.

3. Lawful bases (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)

  • Contract: processing orders, delivery, returns, customer support.
  • Legitimate interests: securing the Site, preventing fraud, improving our products.
  • Consent: optional analytics and marketing cookies; marketing emails.
  • Legal obligation: tax, accounting, consumer-rights record keeping.

4. Sharing your data

We share personal data only with processors that help us run the Site, including:

  • Shopify Inc. — e-commerce platform and payments
  • Delivery partners — to ship your order
