Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of drenchpaints.com and any purchase you make from Drench.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, pricing errors or stock issues) and will refund any payment.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments and accepted methods. Risk passes to you on delivery.

We aim to dispatch within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

If you are a consumer you may cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery and return the goods within a further 14 days. Goods must be unused and in their original condition. Mixed- or custom-tinted products are exempt where permitted by law.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product.

All content on the Site (logos, imagery, copy) is owned by Drench or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
