At DRENCH, we stand behind the quality and performance of our paint. Our 30-Day Performance Guarantee covers the quality and performance of DRENCH paint when it has been used correctly — with appropriate surface preparation and application in line with our product instructions.

If, within 30 days of delivery, you experience a genuine product-performance issue with correctly prepared and applied DRENCH paint, contact us at hello@drenchpaints.com with your order details and photographs, and our team will work with you to put it right.

What this guarantee covers

Genuine defects in the quality or performance of the paint itself when the product has been stored, prepared and applied correctly and in accordance with our instructions.

What this guarantee does not cover

This is a performance guarantee, not a satisfaction or change-of-mind guarantee. It does not cover:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Disliking the colour you selected
• Selecting the wrong colour
• Differences in how a colour appears due to screens, monitors, lighting or surrounding décor
• Incorrect or poor application
• Inadequate or incorrect surface preparation
• Use on unsuitable or incompatible surfaces
• Failure to follow the product, preparation or application instructions

Colours may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings, so please choose your colour carefully. Colour preference and colour choice are not covered by this guarantee.

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
